Hybrid solar pump system is more reliable and Sustainable Water Pumping System compared to pure solar powered pump system.Since it combines solar energy with an alternative AC power source (grid electricity or diesel generator) to ensure uninterrupted, efficient water pumping day and night. Solar energy is used priority and AC input is as supplement.

Solar Panels:
The solar panels capture sunlight and convert it into electrical energy. The number of panels required depends on the energy needed by the pump. Normally we suggest taht it could be 1.2-1.5 times more than power of AC motor.
AC Grid Utility Electricity or Diesel Generator
AC input as an option or backup. Once there's not enough solar energy during cloudy days or at night, the system can switch to grid utility electricity automatically or to a diesel generator by manual.
AC Pump Motor:
The AC water pump can be both submersible pump and surface pump, or any other type of AC pump depending on the application. Solar-powered pumps often come in AC (alternating current),since the sunlight is changeable, there is no battery storage back up for this pure solar powered pump system, the output AC energy is also changeable,so the Insulation class of motor shall be Class F.
Solar Pump Inverter and Controller:
A solar pump inverter is a critical component in a solar-powered water pumping system. Its main role is to convert the direct current (DC) electricity generated by the solar panels into alternating current (AC) electricity,220V-240V or 380V-460V which most water pumps require to operate. The inverter is with soft start and stop, with variable frequency driving function, also regulates the energy flow, ensuring the pump receives the correct voltage and frequency for optimal performance.
Water Storage:
water storage tanks for consistent supply during nonsunny periods in the evening or cloudy days. 
This systems operate off grid without battery storage,making them ideal for remote areas with abundant sunlight but limited access to conventional energy sources. They are ecofriendly, costeffective, and scalable for diverse waterpumping needs.
Working Model
1. Solar Only
During the day time, once the sunshine is sufficient, or there is no grid electricity or disel generator in project site, the system is working by solar only is without any problem.
2. Hybrid Model 
There are two hybrid model, reliable model and economic model. When the solar pump inverter debugging mode is "Eco", it means that the inverter is in the economic mode. When solar power is lower than the grid access power, the grid is connected to ensure the full load operation. When the solar power is greater than the grid exit power point, the grid gradually exits until it completely exits. When the debugging mode is "Rel", it means that the inverter is in the reliable mode. When the solar power becomes weak and cannot maintain the full power operation, the grid power is connected into keep the inverter running at full power.When the solar power can maintain the inverter running at full load, the grid exits.
